Baylor Roofing Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: March 25, 2026

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Baylor Roofing Referral Program ("Program"). By submitting a referral, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms. Baylor Roofing reserves the right to interpret and administer the Program and may amend these Terms at any time.

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years of age.
• Only non‑employees may participate; employees of Baylor Roofing, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to receive referral rewards.
• The Program is void where prohibited by law.

2. Qualified Referrals

A Qualified Referral is a referral that meets all of the following criteria:

• New customer: The referred individual or business must not have contacted, requested a quote from, or received services from Baylor Roofing within the past 12 months. Repeat or returning customers do not qualify.
• Service area: The project must be located within Baylor Roofing’s normal service territory (Kearney, Gibbon, Elm Creek, Grand Island and central Nebraska). Jobs outside this area may be declined at Baylor Roofing’s sole discretion.
• Job completion: The referral reward applies only to completed roofing projects, there is no minimum job size required. The referred project must be finished by Baylor Roofing and paid in full by the customer for the reward to be issued.
• One referrer: Only the first person who submits a referral that becomes a Qualified Referral will be eligible for the reward. Duplicate referrals for the same customer are not eligible for multiple payouts.

Baylor Roofing reserves the right to accept or reject any job, client or referral at its sole discretion.

3. How to Submit a Referral

• Before the referred contact initiates contact, you must provide the referral’s information via one of the following official channels:
• The online form on our website (preferred);
• By phone (308-270-3909) or email, providing your full name, phone number and the referred individual’s name and contact details.
• To ensure credit, you must include accurate and complete information. If your referral contacts us directly, please ask them to mention your name. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may not be accepted.

4. Reward Payment

• Reward amount: For each Qualified Referral, the referrer will receive USD $100. Baylor Roofing pays cash, this reward is not in the form of store credits or gift cards.
• Payment methods: Payment will be issued by cash, check, Venmo, Zelle or another mutually agreed method. We will contact you after job completion to confirm your preferred payment method.
• Timing: Rewards are processed after the referred job is completed and paid in full. Please allow up to 30 days following project completion for payment processing.
• No limits: There is no limit on the number of referrals you may submit or the total amount you can earn.

5. Tax Reporting

• If your total referral rewards from Baylor Roofing exceed $600 in a calendar year, we will request that you complete an IRS Form W‑9 before issuing additional payments. A Form 1099‑NEC will be issued at year‑end to the address or email provided.
• You are solely responsible for reporting referral income to the appropriate tax authorities and for paying any taxes due.

6. Duplicate Referrals

• In the case of multiple submissions for the same prospective customer, only the first valid referral recorded will be eligible to receive the reward.
• Baylor Roofing’s determination of who submitted the first valid referral is final. Disputes over credit will be resolved at Baylor Roofing’s sole discretion.

7. Limitations and Disqualifications

• Referrals for your own property, a property you own, or projects from which you will financially benefit are not eligible.
• Self‑referrals and fraudulent or fabricated leads will result in immediate disqualification from the Program.
• The Program cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts unless explicitly stated.
• Baylor Roofing reserves the right to disqualify any referral or participant that does not comply with these Terms or is suspected of abuse, fraud or any inappropriate conduct.

8. Privacy

• By submitting a referral, you agree that Baylor Roofing may use and store your name, phone number, email address and mailing address for the purpose of administering the Program, verifying referrals and issuing payment. We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Program Changes & Termination

• Baylor Roofing may modify, suspend or terminate the Program at any time without notice. Any referrals submitted before the termination date will be honored under the Terms in effect at the time of submission.
• Continued participation in the Program following any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

Baylor Roofing is not responsible for:

• Inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by referrers or prospects;
• Loss, delay or failure to issue rewards due to miscommunication, technical issues or events beyond Baylor Roofing’s control;
• Any indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Program.

Participation in the Program is at the participant’s own risk. Baylor Roofing’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Program shall not exceed the amount of referral rewards owed to the claimant.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law rules. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Program must first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Buffalo County, Nebraska, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
